Cheryl and I had a most enjoyable appointment with Kayla to open up a new bank account. She was great. We liked the whole situation very much.!

I'm glad to have a local bank to work with. Friendly staff. Very helpful and flexible when navigating bureaucratic challenges.

Waiting in line .. two tellers open. One leaves her station to attend to something in back area out of sight. Second teller finishes with her customer, places closed sign and leaves her station. We're waiting without a word from anyone, nobody else in line but the two of us. Are we invisible? I counted 8 women working behind the main counters, some at desks many talking together, generally moving about and hopefully doing bank business. Still we stand and wait. Finally the lady who greets customers realizes how long we've been in line and heads out to find somebody presumably who can help us as there is still no one at the one 'open' tellers window. How does a bank employ that many and yet not feel the need to have a teller available? I guess we're all supposed to do business at the machines and forego the need to intrude on the time of real people. When the first teller returned and wanting to express myself to her regarding our wait, said I was aware she was not at fault, but that she was my only contact at present. I then said that, instead of taking up more of her time, I'd like to make an appointment with the bank president. She pointed at some chairs and told me I could "have seat over there". I declined a further wait.
