My husband and I moved our investments to Valley First 4 years ago as we wished to keep our CIBC financial adviser who moved to the Vernon branch. We were most satisfied with his correspondence over our portfolio. However, he moved on to another position and we have not heard from anyone since. Thinking of moving our funds elsewhere.
Highly recommend working with Mercedes Hornaday at the Vernon branch! She was referred to us by our broker and she helped us secure a mortgage on our dream home and slipped in a better offer for a line of credit (Even though I have been with another bank for 15 years!)
