Had an incredibly frustrating experience with this trucking company. The communication was awful — both the driver manager and safety team were extremely rude and unhelpful. It felt like they had no respect for drivers, and their lack of professionalism was evident at every step. The dispatch team, which operates out of India, was particularly troublesome. They openly demanded money in exchange for assigning "good" loads, which is both unethical and illegal. Not only were they trying to exploit drivers, but they also pressured us to accept overweight loads, which is not only dangerous but also against regulations. Overall, this company is a nightmare to work with. The management is unprofessional, the communication is poor, and the working conditions are unsafe. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away — there are plenty of other options out there that treat drivers with respect and prioritize safety

Only lies. We booked a load with Chris Madden. A missed appt that they promised we will get loaded as soon as we get there. We have been there 4 hours and they didn’t even started loading. Delivery appt will be missed at Kroger. We informed them nicely that we need a TONU and we left the shipper after losing half a day. They do not want to provide a TONU. They want someone working for them for free. Stay away from these guys. A bunch of liars!

Given my experience with Express Cargo, it is the worst place you can be and the worst company to work with. They are fraudsters and liars. My money is still there and I have not been able to receive it yet. I swear, driver, when you start working with them, you will flee from there because of fraud, so run away, run away now and no Approach this company, In view of your response, I added these words: I was not trained in your company. I came to your company as a driver, not a trainee. Regarding accidents, my record is clean, no accidents, no tickets. Why are you lying? You can lie here, but whoever comes to that company will discover the bitter truth sooner. Please. Do not delete my comment, as I am only expressing my bad experience with you, and I advise my fellow drivers so that they do not make the same mistake.

I was hesitant in the beginning after hearing bad reviews but again people never tell their side of the story. I have had a completely positive experience. You should try it for yourself!!!
