Drivers drive recklessly. This morning on i70 EB a driver was coming up the merge ramp from meridian and cut across 2 lanes nearly hitting 2 cars, I had to slam on my brakes and jump into the merging lane to a avoid rearending this driver. Truck was #T178. Driver didn't care in the slightest was too busy on they're phone or didn't even care they nearly caused multiple accidents with cars and myself a HazMat tanker. Absolutely ridiculous.
