This Company owned outlet stocks a wide range of Crocs footwear. Manned by a single person when we went there. The footfall in the store is quite light. Willing to procure any item that may not be in stock and inform us on its arrival so that we could collect it / they could arrange delivery. They also claim to give technical service for any products purchased in-store. They do not offer service support for any online purchases. Car parking is available inside the building area, behind the store. Parking fee is waived based on rubber-stamp from Crocs .

Dear coimbatore people. I am posting this review to express my disappointment with the recent purchase I made from Crocs. I purchased a pair of crocs lite ( worth rs. 5000) at the crocs store in lakshmi mills junction, avinashi road, coimbatore branch on 8.1.2023.within a very short time period of 3 months, I have noticed significant wear and tear. The material has begun to crack, and the strap is already showing signs of detachment. I am Highly frustrated with this purchase as even after giving it for service I faced the same issue. Very poor product quality and customer service. Both the staff and the management are highly irresponsible. I strongly suggest you to avoid purchasing crocs especially from this branch. I really got fed up after giving it repeatedly for service within a time span of 1 year so ,today I visited this store threw my crocs slippers there itself and walked out. They are not doing business but are cheating their customes with poor quality products...
