Croma Locksmiths - Southsea

I was so impressed with the service from Croma Southsea when I needed a solution for a patio door key that had snapped in half. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. Somehow they managed to cut a new key from the broken and twisted remains of my old key, and it actually opens the door more smoothly than the original ever did! I will be taking all my keys there from now on! 🙂

Superb service and customer friendly. Advised as to possible future concerns, cannot recommend the Southsea branch of the Fareham branch highly enough. When or if needed, they will be my first point of call David

RECOMMENDED : Great service from the guy in the shop. I had to change the lock barrel on my front door and was going to try to do this myself. The correct lock was found quickly at a very reasonable price. I was also offered more sophisticated options but there would have been a wait for those. He provided great advice and reassurance on the simplicity of the job which was correct as I had it done in a couple of minutes. Will definitely return in future and will recommend to others
