I had a terrible experience with the Croma store at Prozone Mall, Coimbatore. On Wednesday, I specifically asked for a booking of an LG 1.5 ton 5-star AC. However, upon receiving the product on Thursday, I discovered they had booked a 3-star model. I immediately contacted the store to cancel and request the correct 5-star AC. The manager assured me he would look into it and provide the 5-star AC on Friday. When I didn't hear back, I called at 6 pm on Friday, only to be told they couldn't fulfill the 5-star request at the agreed price. I then requested a cancellation and return, which was supposedly initiated immediately. However, I heard nothing. On Saturday, I visited the store again, and the manager claimed the return was approved at 7 pm and would be processed on Sunday. Today is Sunday, and I still haven't received any communication or action on the return. This level of poor service and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. I strongly advise against shopping here.
