Terrible service in the cash counter. The guy who was standing in the counter was abusing someone over the phone infront of the customers. He was asking for karthick login to serve, it was on 20th march 2025 around 6.10pm. He was rude when we were asking for product return. Management should teach everyone in the shop what is customer service and inform to use proper language in front of the customer.

Very worst experience. Cashiers are very rude. The billing system is not working properly and they are making customers wait for hours. I bought some vegetables but the price is coming different in each billing system. Don't visit this place if you don't want to waste time. Very bad and worst experience. I won't accept your apologies.

Terrible Service and Poor Management at Reliance Smart Bazaar, Kalapatti Road (Near Sitra) My experience at this store was beyond frustrating. At the billing counter, a customer was short of money and instead of moving them aside while they sorted out their payment, the staff made everyone else wait! I skipped to another counter, only to find that the QR code for digital payment wasn’t working. I ended up paying cash, but they refused to return the balance! When I complained, there was zero response from the staff, adding to the irritation. I also noticed other customers abandoning their purchases in frustration and leaving. A complete waste of time with unprofessional service. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity!
