A friend of mine held her daughter's birthday here and so I had the chance to visit this hotel. They have a nice function room and lobby entrance. Welcoming and courteous staff too. Rooms spacious and well provided with amenities.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and it’s clear things have gone downhill. The service just isn’t what it used to be the staff seem stressed and the General Manager isn’t very welcoming or helpful. During my 5-night stay, my bed sheets were never changed, and the shower had noticeable mold. For the price being charged, I expected a much cleaner, friendlier experience. Sadly, this Hampton no longer feels like the reliable brand I used to trust.

A really nice experience at the Hampton Inn. The stay was budget-friendly while still offering great comfort. Breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from, which was a great start to the day. The staff were professional, welcoming, and made the check-in process very smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. Thank you!

Rooms and stay was good, but they messed up my receipt. Being on work trip, booked through my work travel agency and my wife's membership for points. The receipt showed my wife's name and not mine which I cannot use for claim submission at my workplace. I called front desk same night and was assured the corrected receipt was emailed. Never got the email. When looked into my wife's membership, it clearly showed the booking in my name !!! Printed from there. Not sure why front desk is not able to provide the correct receipt. I stayed at the same place a week ago and that receipt came out correct.
