Beautiful old restored hotel in downtown. Very comfortable bed, thick towels, water was hot and plentiful. Only issue was the bathroom had a lot of mold and needs a good cleaning. It’s not “OMG, disgusting” but definitely needs attention. If we were staying more than one night I’d have raised the issue. But given that the view of the harbor is amazing and the location is surrounded by a lot of great restaurants and stores I’d still stay here again. Only other issue is the breakfast was pretty expensive - $25 for the full buffet and $18 for the continental. At those prices you might as well find a good restaurant or get room service.

Our favorite place to stay in St. John’s, NL. Nice flooring in rooms-No carpets!! Rooms are decent size, modern, clean, and comfortable. Great food at on-site restaurant. All staff have been great to deal with. Joe- at the front desk deserves special recognition. I’ve been traveling with my father each month for his medical appointments and we’ve stayed at this hotel four times now. Joe has been especially helpful in making sure that our needs are met- from making our reservations, checking us in and he has also helped us with receiving and printing necessary medical requisitions.

Hilton Gold member. Stayed 4 nights, 27th Aug - 31st Aug. Pleasant stay. No complaints. Room was decent - standard quality. Gym - same (bit small). About a 6-7 min walk to George St/Water St area, so location is good. Staff are fantastic though. Special shout out to Donna at front desk who was helpful and lovely. RECOMMEND.

We are well seasoned Hilton members and have been away from gorgeous St. Johns for two whole years. I had never stayed at this location before. Boy, am i ever glad I picked this spot, we had a great view of downtown and the Harbour. It was especially cool seeing the fog roll in the mornings. Rooms were immaculate and so nice. Staff was friendly and the cleaning staff even friendlier. I can't get over the location, it's so close to the pedestrian mall and George Street. I have to admit, we spent alot of time there ; )||I can't wait to return next year, the only thing negative i would say that there was no complimentary breakfast which was weird because all my Hiltons offer that great bonus.|Thank you|See u next time
