OVERALL FANTASTIC! I had Garth do an inspection of a house I am under contract for. It is an older home, and I was concerned about a crack in one of the foundation walls. I called Garth at Noon on a Friday and he was able to make an appointment for 3:00 the same day. Garth not only inspected the crack, but he spent an hour going through many other structural elements of the house, suggesting potential remedies, and answering all of my detailed questions (even many of which were not related to structural issues). He is clearly VERY knowledgeable, has tons of experience, and clearly enjoys what he does. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for structural advice.
