I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this car lot. They will sale u a piece of shit car and will not help u fix anything on the car. Well my lady put her last 2500 down on a ford explore 2016 sport. She barely had it for over a month now. So her key fob stop working while we were at the park with our kids. When we tried to leave the key wouldn’t work to unlock or start the car. We literally had to hit on it to work. Once we got the key fob to work we drove to the actual car lot to see if they could fix the problem they insist on puttin a new battery in which that did not work. So we left stopped at O’Reillys to put a new battery in. It still did not work. I called the car lot and ask if he could help since we still paying on the car he said it’s your car u have to fix it yourself. What a way to Talk to a customer……

My honest review. No one kept in communication with me even when I called after the first month of having the truck. I called and made them aware the truck was stalling and jerking extremely bad but Nima stated it was only a gas cap. This did not sound right to me and I told him that it is stalling and jerking as if it’s a transmission issue. He brushed it off and said not to worry about it I will order another gas cap to put on it and this will solve the issue. A week later I still heard nothing from Nima or anyone else for that matter about the truck or the quote unquote gas cap he was supposed have ordered from the dealership. So I decided to pay $100 to go get the truck diagnosed at a transmission place. They stated it was not a gas cap but was actually a cylinder misfiring and asked me how long I had the truck. I told him about a month maybe or a little less. He gave me a quote for a little over $1000 to fix it because of the work and cleaning that needed done. I sent this over to land of cars and told them what the mechanic said. Nima says he will talk with his manager and get back with me. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing from anyone and I could no longer wait. I called Land of cars to see what they could do to help with this bill and they told me they could do nothing for me and it was on me to take care of this. When I asked when was he going to call me since I did reach out about this problem two weeks ago and I had my first payment coming due and no one seemed my problem was big enough to return a call too me as promise he just said well I am telling you now. I missed work came up to the dealership the same day and asked to return the truck and get into something else. Because I only had the truck a month and it is already coming with a big expense. Nima got upset and told me no and brushed me off. Of course with me being credit challenged at the time I had no options and I had to borrow the money just to fix the truck and pay the first payment. Once I did this I sent the bill to land of cars so they would see I took care of the issue and that this was a very serious problem. The third month with the truck after I made my payment I noticed I still did not recieve the title in the mail so I could tag my truck. I called and spoke with Carlos who said he thought he sent it and he will look into it and call me back. And of course a week goes by and no one called me back. By this time I called the dmv to make them aware the dealership still has not provided me with the title and I am unable to register my truck. The dmv stated to call and see if I can get when the title was signed notarized and dated because from that date is when my two months start. I called back to land of cars and spoke with Carlos and asked about the title. He stated he had just sent it out yesterday but mind you I am in month three of this truck and he did not call me to update me on what took place. Once I finally got the title am made my payment a couple weeks later while at work I walked outside to head to lunch and noticed my truck was missing. I thought it was broken into and stolen. I went to the area where I parked earlier while on the phone with the police to see if I saw any glass on the ground and nothing. This did not make sense to me. After talking to the police I called land of cars to inform them of the truck. I was then told that it was not stolen but one of their mechanics came with an extra key to the truck and picked it up due to non payment. I asked how when I have all my recupera of all payments made and I pulled them all up and started to send them to him. Carlos told me I was 70+ days pass due on insurance that I had already sent over to them that I had full coverage he told me yes all your payments are current and we did recieve your full coverage insurance but you still owe us $850 and that is why it was picked up. I asked if that were the case why was I not notified, Carlos said that’s not his job. I filed bankruptcy because I was told I couldn’t get the truck back. No one here communicates or solves problems.

SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! Was sold a vehicle with a failing fuel pump that quickly quit accelerating. 1600 dollars later. The axle began failing. The cv boot had been replaced but without proper lubricant the damage was done. Its just one thing after another. SHINING SHIT HERE!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! Not only was I sold a lemon, somebody from their establishment STOLE all my items out of my car when they were supposed to be fixing my battery and they LIED to me about how it happened. All 5 star ratings you see are BEGGED for before you're given your keys, so no one catches on to them being a sketchy car lot. I wouldn't waste my money at this establishment whatsoever!!!
