My family and I recently spent 3 wonderful nights at the Wyndham Resort in Dubai, and it was a delightful experience for all of us—my wife, our 18-month-old son, my mother, my father, and me. This modern hotel checked all the boxes for us, offering stylish, spacious rooms that were kept spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed to make traveling with a young baby comfortable and stress-free. Our stay included breakfast, and we were thoroughly impressed by the fantastic variety and quality of the food. The selection catered to every taste, with fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to each morning. The service at breakfast was equally top-notch—staff were attentive, polite, and quick to ensure we had everything we needed. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the exceptional customer service throughout the hotel. Surendra at reception stood out as a true professional. He was always there with a warm smile to greet us whenever we came or went, and he never hesitated to lend a hand with our bags, no matter how many trips we made. His thoughtful assistance made us feel so welcome. Similarly, Thomas at the door was a huge help, always ready to assist us in and out of taxis with ease and a friendly attitude. Both of them went above and beyond, adding a personal touch to our stay. The Wyndham Resort in Dubai delivered a perfect blend of modern comfort, great amenities, and outstanding service. It was an ideal spot for our family, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A beautiful hotel on a nice location. This hotel is one block out of an estate that comprises of three blocks and several villas designed to look like traditional buildings on the Arabian peninsula. The rooms have an amazing size and the design fits the design of the building while still modern. The staff is friendly without being pushy which I prefer. I especially would like to emphasize on the room cleaning done by Yoon and Akbar which was very friendly, precisely and well done. If I have to say something that counts downwards, despite my 5 star review, it would be the size of the breakfast restaurant, Which could be packed on late mornings. Another thing is that the hotel pool is actually an external beach club, where the service doesn’t match the nice service at Wyndham.

I booked a room for my wife, and straight after, the prices dropped by 50%. I contacted the hotel asking why the prices ha: changed that much, and if I can make a booking with the new prices. I got confirmation message that as long as I made another booking, my original booking would be refunded. Since then I am not getting any proper responses, and it has taken 9 days to go back and forth. I then contacted the hotel on the phone and I was told that it was not their issue and they would not make any refunds. The first interaction with a 5-star hotel leaves a really negative impression. I have never had any such issues with other 5-star hotels, as these hotels care about their reputation. A few $$$ that make no difference to the hotel in fact leave a very unhappy customer, and it’s all even before my stay has started. Update: the above has been further disappointing at the stay. We requested 2 single beds, but got a large one bed. We were offered an upgrade due to previous issues, and there is written evidence to that, but when we came, they denied it. Reception is extremely rude and uninterested. Worst experience of a 5-star hotel ever.

The housekeeping staff at this hotel did an excellent job! The rooms were always spotless, well-organized, and smelled fresh. They were also very friendly and attentive to any special requests. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable! Asad
