Friendly and helpful staff, great prices, and great equipment - what else could you want? I'll be back for sure. The staff helped me load the heavy bag into my truck. It's a great bag for an amazing price. My gym ceiling is a bit low so I had to remove the swivel so the bag would hang freely, but it'll be fine without it. The chin-up bar is rock solid. I used 1/2" x 4" lag bolts to screw into the wall studs, exactly 4' apart. While it was definitely handy using my impact driver for the top and bottom bolts, it wasn't that bad using a hand socket wrench for the middle bolts (just drill a decent pilot hole - 3/8" works great). It's not going anywhere! For those who might be interested, the bar's diameter is 1 1/8", since that spec isn't listed anywhere.

Fantastic service and unbeatable value at the Fitness Avenue London location! Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making the purchasing process quick and easy. The price for the 1" standard weight plates was the best I could find locally—perfect for upgrading my home gym setup. Plates are good quality and exactly what I needed. Amazing customer service, extremely helpful and understanding staff. I drove in from 2 hours out, and, like an idiot, did not check to ensure my stuff arrived prior. I got there and they explained only some of my stuff was in. I explained the drive, apologized and asked if there was anything they could do. Easily could have said no, I was in the wrong. The gentleman, who's name I forgot to ask for, said he'll try and figure something out for me. I believe he probably called another client and explained the situation, and allowed for me to take the 45lbs plates to help me avoid a second trip. I am extremely grateful to the staff and the other customer. I screwed up, and they fixed it. He went above and beyond and, if not already the owner, he deserves a raise for his exceptional customer service. 10/10 service, the service alone is incentive enough to do business with them.
