Be cautious when getting a membership. Been going to crunch for multiple years. I haven't had an issue until the past couple years. The staff is very friendly and the gym is in good condition. The issue is upper management. They raise rates often. The last rate hike was completed without any notice. If you're going to get a membership just be aware that the price you pay today will not be the price you pay in the near future. They could have done a much better job communicating price increases with their members or better yet honouring the price you have been paying since you joined.

When I joined, it was the cheapest gym membership. Now, fit4less is cheaper. Planet fitness is more expensive when comparing base memberships. Once I was randomly charged 5 extra dollars and they never gave it back to me. There are all kinds of useful machines. They maintain them well enough, and they take suggestions and feedback and implement it. They have a fancy machine for measuring fat and muscle mass which they use for their crunch kickoff sessions and for those who pay for a personal training service. This was interesting and provided useful information. There are many knowledgeable people in this gym who are also kind and willing to talk and give advice. And it seems like most people are respectful enough in this gym. There is one con, I can think of but it is not entirely the gym's fault: There are a few women who dress inappropriately here, showing too much of what should be private. Perhaps the same can be said about the men, but I don't know.

I love this place, all the staff are very nice and attentive. All the equipments are there, although I do wish they would introduce speed bags but there is 3 punching bags. I’m very excited for the sauna which is in the process of being built. Good environment, people from all walks of life gather for a great work out. Jenni has been nothing but motivating and caring about my stay at the gym, a star. Always pleasantly welcoming members. The massage chairs are a great way to get the blood flowing pre or post workout! The tanning station and red light therapy are an added convenience.

Great gym for a great price. The PEAK membership (highest package) is still half the price i was paying at a chain competitor and they didn't offer free child care there. I love that I can bring my kids for an hour per workout session so I can prioritize my health as a post partum mom. There website is easy to navigate and the pricing is transparently posted online. The gym itself has all the equipment I'd ever need and this location isn't particularly busy. The facility is clean enough, but i wpuld like to see more frequent cleaning in the women's bathroom. There is a small Women’s only section that i use all the time. I appreciate that they allow membership freezes when life gets busy. Overall great experience here. Friendly staff, but not pushy.
