Just signed up this week to go with my friend after work. We went 3 nights then tried to go after work tonight to find that it was closed. Very disappointed by this.

Never had an issue with the employees or owner but the only thing that irritates me is how the website says 24 hours and I come to the gym at 9pm and it’s closed. I just had to waste gas coming here for no reason! If it’s closed why can’t they say that on the website so people don’t waste their money and time coming here???🤦🏽‍♀️

She not only answered all my questions but went above and beyond to resolve my original issue and even helped with some extra concerns I hadn’t anticipated. I was initially considering canceling my membership, but after such a positive experience, I’ve decided to stay. Truly grateful for her excellent customer service!
