I have been going to Crystal Hair salon for many years now, and highly recommend. All the women who there provide me with great comfort and satisfaction for waxing. My dad also goes every time for haircut & hair dye, and the barber ensures he always leaves satisfied & happy. The salon prices are good.

The WORST experience ever !!! I went there for my 4 yr old sons hair trim. I specifically told him only to trim his hair. and THIS is what i got! the guy did such a bad job! and when i politely told him that he made them crooked, he was so rude and blamed it on my son moving all the time which was a lie. He messed them up in the end from the front when my son was calmly sitting and not moving... Any kid will move a little, if youre unable do a decent job with kids, just DONT take them! Please deny your service for kids and save us the money as well as the bad experience of having a sloppy haircut for our children.. It matters to us!! Never going there again!

Probably the worst I've ever been treated. So disrespectful. I waited forever and then they didn't do any kind of professional hair cut. The guy said nothing to me as he messed up my hair. Terrible place 😞

Terrible service. Rude owner. Edit: response to owner - I am offended that you would fabricate such a lie. I am the girl that you butchered her eyebrows. I was crying in the middle of your store as you passively “apologized” that I didn’t like how it was done. I was so distraught and never have I ever stolen anything from you guys. I actually tip very well prior to that incident. You have lost a faithful customer as well as everyone I will warn to never go here. My eyebrows a month later still look terrible and I am missing hair in the middle. I am so ashamed of how I look because of you.
