It was my first visit to the salon. The overall experience good but I didn’t get what I was looking for. I went for a haircut and hair colour. I wanted to add some red/brown tone to my hair but did not get what I was excepting. I also didn’t want proper curls but some loose curls at the bottom which I showed them in the picture, well this colour and curls didn’t look bad but at the end I was paying for what I wanted. Their prices are good and their customer service is top notch and the salon is clean. I had a lot of questions but Aleysha (associate) and Vipul (owner of the salon) were friendly and kind to answer all my questions. He explained to me due to my greys I won’t be able to add tone to my hair. But I have been colouring my hair for years and never had this issue. Although my experience with hair wasn’t that great and I really had high expectations due to the reviews but I’ll still recommend this salon and I’ll give another chance to try their other services.
