I considered hiring Erin for some of her expertise. Thankfully, my close friend had worked with her and told me her experience was just terrible. Here is what worried me: - Erin limited how many houses would be shown, and her representative sent in her place was late to the showings. - She declined to come for any part of my friend’s house inspection, and refused to even discuss the inspection results afterwards over the phone. - She failed to properly coordinate the sewer line clear out so a sewer scope could be done. This cost my friend $300 in unneeded expenses. - Despite my friends concern about a house’s foundation, Erin urged to proceed with the purchase. My friend eventually cancelled the purchase, after a structural engineer assessed the foundation problems as serious. - My friend was unhappy with how things were handled, and respectfully asked Erin to end their exclusive working contract. Erin refused, asking to be paid $5,000 or get legal notice to end their contract. So my friend waited out the remaining 6 weeks, while mortgage rates shot up. I am not surprised that Erin's last ‘Sold’ listing on her Zillow profile was 06/2020. I am very relieved to have not worked with Erin, and wanted to share what happened as fair warning.

Working with Erin and James was great. They are super friendly and know the Denver neighborhoods well. Also, they are not afraid to reach out to their network for unique questions. Great for first time homebuyers or investors!
