Never going to CSN Bongard collision center again. They originally told me it would take a week to fix the door on my car, however it took them over a month to fix it. They kept giving me false timelines when calling them over and over again. They are also very poor with their communication with me and my insurance company. They would tell me one thing, and insurance company something completely different. If you want to save time and get your vehicle repaired in a timely and professional manner, avoid this collision center at all costs.

Service was incredible and exceeded my expectations. The team went above and beyond and the damages on my car were repaired and it looks great! From start to finish, CSN Bongard was excellent. Erma was amazing - so welcoming and personable and really knew her stuff. I will recommend this place my family and friends and keep them in my contact list.

Visited to ask about a rust repair and was instantly met with "We don't work on Tesla's" I didn't get any further explanation, even when I asked for more details as to why. I guess if you own a Tesla, don't visit this place?

Mechanics did a very good job fixing the door on my 2021 Hyundai Veloster N. Almost couldn't notice any difference. That repair job is greatly appreciated. There are however 2 negatives (1x minor, and 1x major): MAJOR issue: Shop receptionist (Lynne) refuses to take responsibility for error in booking car rental PRIOR to confirming with insurance that it's covered. Their rationale was that the estimate came back stating "Initial Rental Days Authorized: 9". She therefore assumed that it meant a 9-day car rental was authorized/included. Regardless, I explicitly asked her to confirm with Intact Insurance prior to me dropping off my car that the car rental was covered. If it wasn't, I could easily arrange for other options. Since she didn't get a response via e-mail or similar, she thought to assume that it was covered and booked me in for the rental. When I got picked up by Enterprise, they told me they operate under the assumption any referrals they receive from the body shop are ones where insurance covers the rental charge. I found out upon receiving the Enterprise bill that it wasn't covered. Long story short (as this is STILL an UNRESOLVED issue since 20/DEC/2021), it is my opinion and Intact Insurance's opinion that the body shop should have just called their customer service line (maybe a 10-15 minute hold time in my experience) to confirm rental car coverage BEFORE just going ahead with it. Now you put a customer in the middle of all sorts of conflict (Intact <> CSN <> Enterprise). WHO'S GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!? Minor Issue: Scratches on paint from post-repair car wash (presumably) - I don't expect most customers will care too much, but I detail my car myself so seeing the minor scratches and swirls on my paint afterwards wasn't too welcome. Nothing I can't fix myself however. It is UNFORTUNATE that it's a customer service-related error that detracts from all the good work the mechanics did. I will NOT be coming back here. I should have taken Intact's advice and gone with their approved body shops. I relied on a referral to come here, and this is what I get.
