If I could put less than 1 star I would. I had a meeting with an employee here two weeks ago. I have left messages three days and he will not return my calls. I know there is no such thing as customer service now but I expect more from a financial institution

I spoke to the person at the desk who was a trainee who was very polite but there was a person (a manager). I'm not sure who she was but she was so rude to myself and the traine. She also seemed rather confused and had a hard time keeping track of the conversation which was weird. Anyway, I was there to open a bank account for a non-profit and I was promptly told that there was no time for me and that someone would be emailing me. Anyway it's been it 2 weeks and I haven't received an email. I'm not surprised. Just consider for a moment that it was 2 weeks ago and I still feel compelled to write this review

With their help over the years, I have been able to produce many documentaries. I am very grateful to CUA for being my financial institution for all these years. I recommend co-operative banking to small business owners.
