Hello. I hired cubeit to move from my house to a new home only 5min away. The driver was great and had a good personality and was a very understanding person. The rules with the company are you need to store your items safely and properly in the container and have things tied up. All of my items were completely secure and tied up safely and the driver and I made sure of it. What happened was he drove about a minute down the street and the. The actual cube door unmatched and the door swung opened. We made sure the door was locked safe. The physical door itself had an issue on the bottom latch and needed tocbe fixed. The driver even said it wasn't my items pushing against thr door. I drove to him to see what the issue was and the door mechanism on the bottom was not functioning right. This is an issue with the cubeit container itself. I told the company and said hey your door has an issue on it and my mirror fell out when your door flung open and they blamed it on the item not being stored properly instead of listening to me and the driver clearly showing the door has an issue. I even took pictures of the door. I tried contacting them over and over and over again and they say a manager will get back to me over and over and they never have and they're clearly ignoring everything. I will keep in contact with them because you dont forget these things and they do not want to even try to resolve my broken mirror. The driver and I both know the door was the issue. He noticed the door swing open and we both double checked and we definitely had it locked. Eventhough it was locked the doors mechanism on the bottom wasnt welded well to the container which is out of our control. Long story short the driver was great but the company has been ignoring me completely which I think is disrespectful and unprofessional. Thats all my story is. Im sure they're affordable amd good in general. Im just one person but they shouldn't ignore my situation as I lost out of a few hundred dollars because of they're negligence with the container they brought me. They keep ignoring but i will be on touch with them until there's a compromise.

Devon who delivered and picked-up the cube was great to deal with. Positioned the Cubeit exactly where requested. The company was great to deal with. They would text providing a 45 minute time window as to when they would be at your door that day. Just note that the monthly charge is for 4 weeks, not a full month. I'm very impressed with this company.

I used CubeIt For storage for a move it was extremely easy to set up to have it delivered into storage and then to our new address. Every time I called customer service they were great and extremely helpful. A great Canadian company to support.

Cubeit is a Canadian Company 🇨🇦, and I was so impressed with the ease to go online and order, such a polite and helpful staff. I ordered my Cubeit, at a reasonable rate, it arrived with the gentleman explaining everything about it. During such a stressful time as moving, the Cubeit was invaluable storage outside our house. We could not have done it without it. I highly recommend this wonderful company!
