So far an extremely disappointing experience and we haven't even left yet. Can't get in touch with our agent, she's been unavailable when really needed. Our flights show they are pending payment when we paid months ago so we can't upload our travel documents (traveling internationally). I was told no one else can assist as our booking is in her name and password protected. Funjet won't help because we booked through an agent. When you call the business number all you get is a voicemail to which I have so far left two with no response.

We had a FANTASTIC experience using Laurie with Cupcake Castles for our Disney trip! She was so helpful and did EVERYTHING for us - booking, tickets, dining, you name it! She even sent detailed information about best time to ride rides at each park, checked in on us while we were there and had a birthday goodie bag waiting for us when we checked in. She was a delight!!!

Awesome staff to work with! Everything for my family's Disney trip was taken care of, everything down to food reservations and fast passes. The only thing we had to worry about was showing up to the parks! We even had a little goodie bag waiting for us in our hotel room upon arrival. <3 Such a cute touch.
