I was mainly assisted by Rowan, who was so friendly, personable and accommodating all the way though, but all the staff there were great too. I was anxious about my broken phone and the switchover to a new one and felt so looked after throughout the whole process! Honestly really appreciated all the help, thankyou so much!!

This was the most inspiring laptop purchase ever. The staff couldn't really be bothered to sell my wife the laptop she wanted; they dithered, delayed and left us waiting for half an hour. When they finally deigned to sell her a laptop they claimed they didn't do a Blue Light Discount (which turned out to be incorrect). What felt like it should have a fun purchase turned into a battle. I get that no-one wants to be working at New Year, but the staff here were woeful, the customer service close to non-existent. Avoid this place, they don't really want your custom.
