I used to be a patient of this clinic for 20 years but with different doctor. After he left I wanted to change the clinic... I'm so happy I didn't do it!!! This was my first experience with Dr. Douglas and he's just amazing! He takes time to explain everything and to address all your concerns. Reception is very friendly, attentive and accomodating. They try their best to meet your needs to your complete satisfaction no matter how much work it involves. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

DO NOT COME to this clinic! I would give zero star if I can and you will agree with me after hearing my tragic story. The dentist performed a filling back in 2023, terrible pain started in a week right after it’s done. I came back and asked the dentist to double check the filling and she told me everything looks fine. In 2024, the terrible pain bothered me again, the dentist told me I need to do a root canal treatment otherwise the pain will keep bothering me. I got scared but didn’t do the root canal treatment and the pain was gone after a few days. Earlier in 2025, I did a full X-ray teeth exam at their clinic and I was told everything looks perfect, no cavity or any issues with the filling I’m mostly concerned with. I trusted them since I don’t have any tooth ache issues back then. All of a sudden, the filling fell out last night unexpectedly (it was done in 2023 and last only 2 years!) I went to their clinic to do an emergency tooth filling this morning and I was being told they don’t have any dentists on site for the ENTIRE week! The front desk receptionist keep saying my situation was not their responsibility, they went through an acquisition process or something like that so they lost all historical records from 2023 and she cannot tell me the dentist name who performed the tooth filling back then. She was being very rude and impatient with me, the tooth filling was a total failure but I don’t receive any apologies from this clinic. I went to another dentist close by, unfortunately due to the several improper treatments I received earlier at this clinic, I had a crack on my tooth and they need to pull it because it went through so deep. I LOST my tooth FOREVER due to the clinic’s negligence and unprofessional treatment!!! If you don’t want to lose your teeth, stay away from this clinic!

I went in to see Dr M Douglas yesterday, he's a great dentist and my family and I have been seeing him for over 30 years, he's the best dentist I've been to. He is meticulous in his work, and explains all procedures to you. He's kind and professional, would never go anywhere else. Just can't say enough about him. Sincerely, Carole, Brian and Damien.

The staff at this clinic is very professional and friendly. They are very accommodating and kind ! I strongly recommend this clinic and Dr. Mark is the nicest dentist you will. He will answer all your questions and will walk you every step of the way. 😍
