This agency exemplifies poor quality and management. Despite being new, Shenton Quarter apartments face significant issues, such as air conditioners needing refilling, blocked pipes, and exposing residents to risks. As shown in the photo, the storage room panel has been left in a hazardous position for over a week. Additionally, an urgent repair for a reported blocked pipe has not been resolved, nor has the resident been contacted.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Extremely poor management and response times. Have been chasing an answer to a simple question from the 1st of October and still have not had no response. Very frustrating and absolutely ridiculous! Do your job!!

Cygnet West are extremely difficult to work with, days to answer emails & sometime no response. Communications and responses received are very childish & non-informative. These Strata Managers have been reported to State Administrative Tribunal and found Cygnet West have not complied resulting in NO owner in the building willing to go on the building’s Council of Owners, resulting in NO COUNCIL OF OWNERS for the building. The Strata Manager will not provide any breakdown of Financial information. Levies increased almost 100% in the second year with refusal of explanations outgoings costs. Apartment defects, the instructions to report them to Cygnet West, have Not been rectified, including appliances provided being discontinued/seconds and not functioning correctly. Concerns regarding Warranty Defects being paid for by owners. The Swimming Pool heating system has had problems from the beginning with the water not heating, Cygnet West close the swimming pool, for many months of the year, which they have NO authority to do together with refusal to advise owners how this heating system is designed to operate. Cygnet West are the go between to the Developer “Iris Residential” for all building defects. CW will not acknowledge these defects or work with the developer to have issues rectified. The building is stuck with Cygnet West for the 5 year contract period as signed between the Developers “Iris Residential” & Cygnet West and their allegiance remains with the Developers.
