Do NOT use them. I ordered a couch from them through Walmart. Promised December 17 but never came. Then for 2 weeks had to keep contacting them because the delivery company had no date. They finally tell me today January 3 then I get a call from Cymax that additional $600 to deliver the couch today. Really. What kind of scam is this. I cancelled the whole transaction and reported to the BBB Cymax and delivery company

Stay away from this company. We ordered a Sofa and when it arrived, the color didn't look like the pictures and didn't match the rest of our stuff, so we decided to return it. They said they only accept it in original packaging. We had ordered white glove delivery so the delivery team took the packaging. I told them I am willing to pay for the new packaging but they didn't accept.

My experience with this company was terrible. After waiting 3 weeks on my item to be shipped I receive an email telling that they will ship my item after another week. Took thier word on that. Waited another week. Got a call from the warehouse telling that CYMAX can't ship the item to my address With no further explanation .of course with holding my money for almost 4 weeks . . Getting a hold of someone in this company is a nightmare. Writing this review to explain my experience so customers be aware of how this company handle customer issues!

FrightClub will not refund freight charges for the item that was shipped via their shipping platform. They accepted the fact that the item was damaged by the shipping company from day one but after 5 to 6 months they now say they do not refund the shipping charges. Do not do business with them at all.
