I have had two positive experiences with the shop. Both times, my air conditioner was on the fritz. Once it just needed a recharge - then the fan stopped working. The team is friendly, professional and give their honest, informed opinions. They were able to set me up with an appointment quickly, gave me updates throughout the day on what needed to be done and costs and my car was ready to go just after lunch. Would be (and probably will) do business with them again!

V and his team always makes sure my car is good to go. There have been numerous times he's been able to squeeze me in to get me out of some jams I've gotten myself into. He consistently offers great advice and the best pricing to save me money where possible. I've been taking my car(s) to Westcoast for a long time. Always a pleasant experience with convos to match in his office with him, his team members and his receptionists over the years.

Stopped by to assess my car battery/issues with starting my engine… the staff were quick to step in and run scan tests and figure out the issue without me having to wait for service. Everyone was super friendly, professional and accommodating! You can really tell they care about building good relationships with customers 👏🏼. This will be my new go-to shop for any auto issues!! Highly recommend!
