Massage itself was good, but unfortunately the bed heating didn’t work at all during my session. Since warmth adds a lot to relaxation, this really affected my overall experience. Disappointed as this is one of the main features I always look forward to. Felt cold the whole time. Hopefully this can be fixed for all future clients. May be call and ask if it is working before you go for a massage session to make your experience better? Other than that, love this place and the therapists there.
