Great store with affordable prices. Simple clothing style that reminds me of Old Navy. The self checkout is very fast even with a line up. The sizing chart seems accurate, Large size fits like an actual Large size. Japanese company, but most clothing here is made in China. My only issue is the fitting room; small and cramped with limited rooms.

Loved it. Was honored to be one of the first customers at the opening day of Uniqlo. Was so fun being their with the CEO, the dancers and the drum performance. Loved the ice cream and the sales were not bad. Here are some photos of the experience. Shop felt a bit squished and small. I wished they had more inventory but it wasn't that bad. The cloths are amazing quality. I do wish that they arranged the shirts in a way u can see stickers indicating which sizes are the shorts without having to grab all of them and seeing it. I do wish if that had pictures of the designs of shirts they had so u can see it and debate if u like it or not. Just talking about the anime side lol. The self vheck out system was a little annoying as the whole process has to be restarted if u don't like a product. But besides all that it was fun ngl

I had a wonderful experience today at Uniqlo Rideau Centre! An amazing employee named Deelann made a great contribution to help me find the perfect outfit. She was kind, patient, and had such a great eye for style. The whole team was also very welcoming and helpful with advice. I truly appreciated the positive atmosphere and excellent customer service. Thank you, Uniqlo team, I’ll definitely be back!

Awful customer service.They won't refund items despite them being clean unwashed with tags and purchased recently. I wasted money on your overpriced clothing made of poor quality materials. Will never shop here and recommend you don't either 🤢
