We contacted Nick at Central Virginia Gas Fireplace Services because our fireplace was not working correctly. The pilot light was on, but the fireplace would not stay on. He came out, serviced, cleaned, and detailed our fireplace. It worked well when Nick left. A little later it started having the same issue. Nick came back out and found a wire that was broken inside. He did not charge for the second visit. Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and was very affordable. I highly recommend his service and I will be using him in the future if needed.
