Excellent customer service and stuck to their word. I came in with what we thought was a simple laptop screen replacement, and was given a quote. Soon after, it became clear that the issue was much more complex which was going to take longer to fix. I was provided with a loan laptop while the repair was ongoing so didn't experience any disruption, and TechFix stuck to the original quote even though they had to order extra parts and spend more time on it. They were committed to identifying the issue and fixing it despite it being a confusing problem, and my laptop was fully repaired.
