It was so wonderful working with Dana on a recent Cape Cod wedding at Wequassett Resort. Her coordination allowed my couple to enjoy their wedding day to the fullest without watching a clock. As a wedding photographer she helped me on numerous occasions whether that was putting boutonnieres on the groom & groomsmen so they'd be ready when I arrived with the bride for first look as well as directing family members to our meeting location for portraits. She was the best teammate to have on wedding day as we worked closely together throughout the celebration. She seamlessly worked in my photo timeline into her detailed master vendor timeline and had constant communication before, during, and after the wedding day. I would highly recommend Dana whether you are looking for wedding day coordination, partial planning, or full scale planning for your luxury wedding!

Our daughter’s wedding was at a beautiful private home in RI. With us in GA and the bride and groom in CT, her services, depth of experience and local knowledge were absolutely vital to the wedding coming together. She helped us select the very best vendors, and was constantly available no matter what. I was warned by friends before the big day that typically something goes awry, and when that happened Dana stepped in with resolutions that held the day in place just as the bride and groom wanted it to be. We cannot say enough good things about working with Dana and her staff! Our photographer recommended Dana to us when we mentioned we were considering hiring a day-of coordinator to assist with our small (40 person) wedding this spring. It ended up being one of the best wedding-related decisions we made! Dana and her team were so great from the first meeting and worked with us and our vendors to plan out a timeline for the day that helped both us and our families day-of. She also communicated with our vendors and coordinated everything so that I had nothing to worry about (or to straddle my family with!) on our wedding day. She and her team set up our ceremony and reception sites beautifully and made breakdown and clean up a breeze at the end of the day. She also was great about checking in with me and my husband about things throughout the day so that we all stayed on track but never felt rushed. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator, I 100% recommend it! It made a world of difference.
