She offers options to poses, making every pose accessible to her students. She leads with a calm demeanor and makes the class a pleasure. I look forward to more classes with Alex and DD.

I’ve been wanting to get back into yoga after a many-years hiatus. When I looked into studios, it seemed like every place only offered hot yoga which is not my speed. I learned about Dancing Dogs Yoga while taking a puppy yoga class at the AHS taught by a DDY instructor. I was pleased to find out that DDY offers both unheated and heated classes as well as classes for all levels of students—beginners to advanced. I joined the studio and have been every day since. I’ve taken restorative, yin, Hatha and slower flow classes. In short, I love DDY and highly recommend.
