Utterly disappointed. I purchased items online which should have been delivered on the 15th March. Only partial delivery happened. They confused the items delivered. After numerous calls they agreed that 1 item the carpet is still pending. The delivery company promised to deliver but never delivered. The man called to say his car broke down and again called to say he can’t find the carpet… he then called to ask why did I complain to Homecentre…. I had left the country and asked for a refund. The call centre promised a refund. Whilst I was overseas I get a message saying delivered. I get a blurred picture as proof . I called them to say I am out of the country and asked for a refund and if it was delivered they need to go fetch. After numerous calls speaking to center agent explaining from start to finish. No resolve. When I get back from overseas I called again regarding my refund . The call centre says it was delivered but there’s no carpet at my door and I requested a refund. I have numerous messages from a foreign man who says he is from the delivery company who has harassed me about why have I complained about delivery. This is very unprofessional from homecentre. I am still waiting for my refund and communication from the management. The date today is the 17th April a month later and no resolve. The call centre is useless and so is management.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store. When we purchased our furniture, we were assured that we could collect it within three days. The next day, we returned to the store to purchase another piece of furniture, which also required three days for installation. To save time, I requested to collect both pieces together, and the staff agreed. However, when I arrived on the scheduled collection date, I was shocked to be told that the first piece of furniture was still not available. Frustrated, I was asked to come back in two more days. Since I wanted to pick up both items together, I had no choice but to wait. When I returned after the additional wait, I was appalled to find that the furniture was still not installed. To make matters worse, the staff then informed me that installation was not even included, despite having explicitly assured us at the time of purchase that it was. This level of dishonesty and incompetence left us with no option but to cancel the item entirely. To add to this nightmare, the second piece of furniture we purchased was in terrible condition. When we brought it home, we discovered that the wheels were broken and there was a visible scratch on the top. The lack of professionalism, broken promises, and subpar product quality from this store are absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. This store not even deserve for 1 star it’s zero star 😡

The product is old and damaged. Feels reused. I shared the photographs with customer care at the time of delivery itself. However, not a single call/message has been received for past 7 days. Should not have accepted the delivery. I follow up daily. Extremely poor customer service for such a known brand. Local manufacturers give better service

Worst customer service. Bought goods and they confirmed to arrange pick up for old furniture - they didn't inform the agency - have to call their customer care service almost 10 times - everytime new guy picking up and having no clue about the issue. They can't find who was the sale person or cannot connect to the store from where goods were bought. Very backward and outdated system. Really frustrating experience.
