I gave interview 4 to 5 times out of which I got selected 2 times or then they pretended at the time of joining, it happened not once but 3 times, company and become a new candidate.such a third class company time management not good employee sad many times A humble request to the company when your not interested in hiring employee and hold the employee job it's my last for 1.5 months.  I left my previous job for this companies recruitment and now I am sitting jobless at home for 1.5 months.

Salary always on time.🙂 😃I Enjoyed My Time With Datamark Alot.😃 💃🕺Annual day is celebrated here. This is the most awaited event for many performers on stage👯,. Also 🎆🎊all festivals and carnival are celebrated🎉🎄⛄🎅 in the company. as well as company arrange the happy hours for😍 employee .Hire a yoga instructor to come into the office once a week or month to reduce team members’ stress.💆but during covid situation company not celebrate the festivals and functions. Company encourages you to play sports by providing all the facilities and space to play, Cricket match, 🏏Carrom, Chess, Hauzi 🎟️other Team building activities conducted across all the teams.😍😃🤘✌️ 😃😋The canteen food is good with reasonable rates and lots of varieties are available too.🤗✌️ 😍Having worked here for a long time made me realize the good feeling about coming to work. Love this place. People and the overall work culture.😃✌️👌💕. 🤗Really Missing Datamark Life after Leaving the Organisation.🤗

You can approach to any leader anytime they always ready share the knowledge and answers your questions..they celebrate every occasion with all the members in the company throughout the year..

Been working remotely with the company since 2+ years now. HR and Supervisors (Subumon Nair) had been very understanding and helpful always. Proper training was provided and the process is really nice. The only thing I feel lacking is there are no appraisals, no incentive plans and not much of growth opportunities.
