Ordered a Samsung book cover keyboard that was Open Box on Walmart.com. I used used Datavision alot back in the day, I don't even know if it's the same company but I know of the name. Ordering was fast and simple. They shipped out fast. Shipping was free 2 day Fedex. Received it in two days. The only problem was with Fedex. I usually don't have a problem with Fedex service in my area. They usually leave packages in a Parcel locker or in front of my door. I left instructions to either put the package in a a Locker or in front of my door. The guy just left it on the floor of the mailroom. My building has signed up not to do this because it may be stolen. If I wasn't checking frequently I may have missed that it was downstairs just sitting on the floor! I saw that it was delivered downstairs on the floor inn the mailroom and I ran downstairs and I got my package. This order was not cheap! Ugh. Fedex did not of what they normally do! Maybe he wa not a regular guy because they are usually better than. this. Otherwise I am happy with my order! Item is as described, Open box and like new! Thank you! Using it right now!
We received our 2 ipads and they came PERFECT! I was actually mortified after reading reviews last night because our package was out for delivery and never came but it came! We were supposed to be charged only $775.82 but in total we were charged around $1551.. we were double charged! If someone from DataVision sees this and can return the second charge that would be very helpful as that was the money we had for groceries this week and the rest of my kids christmas presents 😬 my husband will be calling shortly to try to get this fixed. If its fixed and when its refunded into our account ill change my review to 5 stars, until then itll stay as 2. Edit: My husband called to have it refunded. Someone there said they had indeed charged us twice by accident. I will leave my review as is until the money is returned to our account. It was for 2 ipads, price is listed so it should be easy to find, we paid for two additional tablets unauthorized after our payment was already transacted and items already in the process of shipping. IM hoping and trusting the reimbursement WAS made swiftly and that we recieve it soon! I will change my review when it is received but it was an awful mistake so im hoping your staff pays more careful attention in the future. Also unsure why you would be charging someone third party after Amazon already completed the financial transaction through their app, makes me nervous for the security of our transactions through the app. 😵 Edit 2- its been more than 7 business days since you assured us you refunded the double charge. I literally listed in my review that it was purchased on amazon and your computers at your facility charged us AGAIN after it was shipped. I will be contacting our lawyer and some other folks tomorrow to see what our options are.

Purchased an HP smart Tank Printer through Amazon.com and it was supplied by DataVision. After following the installation instructions the printer did not work. Contacted HP Support and they could not fix .An error message popped up saying “Replace the printer heads.” I wasn’t about to pay for the repair of a brand new printer so after receiving Amazon’s return approval I packed it in the original packaging and returned it to DataVision. They refunded my purchase price minus $30.39 for an apparent “restocking charge.” Not feeling it was fair or appropriate to pay a fee for returning a defective device I sent a text to DataVision. No response. So I called their customer support and was told to email their supervisor which I did on 9/8/25 with a copy mailed to their CEO. Still no response. And all this time and trouble for $30.39. So beware!!!
