The website very intuitive to use and I was quite pleasantly surprised by the prices. RAM/memory is getting hard to get a hold at a reasonable price but this place was great. I was very happy that shipping was free and they were also quite diligent with tracking! Will definitely return for more hardware!

My company used to buy from Server Supply pretty regularly, especially for those hard-to-find parts or random server gear. They were solid and reliable back then. That all changed recently when we ordered several identical expensive Dell SSDs. They got most of them right, but one was a completely different model. That totally defeats the purpose—we needed them identical for compatibility and our setup. We wasted a ton of time packing everything up and returning them, only to get slapped with a restocking fee... for their error! Afterward, I dug into the recent reviews and saw tons of people running into the exact same problem: wrong parts shipped, followed by restocking fees on returns. Whatever's going on with this company, it's not the same place anymore. They've lost our business permanently, and judging by the reviews, plenty of others feel the same. Just not worth the hassle or risk. Don't buy from Server Supply. They're no longer trustworthy when it comes to order accuracy or basic customer service.

Bought an Ironwolf NAS drive from them. after a few days they canceled my ordered and raised the price of the drive. They then refused to ship my drive until I paid the difference in price even though I had previously paid in full. They have lost all my future business.

Shipped the wrong part. Then insisted we pay return shipping and a restock fee. The owner was incredibly rude on the phone and literally hung up when I asked why we should pay a restock fee for their mistake. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years. That ends today. Bye Felicia. PS. My team thinks the Intel network cards are counterfeit. *Not implying Server Supply knew this - but it highlights the importance of knowing your supply chain.
