UPDATE* Since the original move-in situation, all of our other interactions have been pleasant and professional every other maintenance request that we’ve had to put in they have been super efficient. We got off to a rocky start, but I do want to give credit words do we have had no issues since! We were shocked when we moved into this property and discovered two large holes and significant damage along the fence line in our backyard —none of which was present when we toured the home. Had we seen the property in this condition beforehand, we never would have agreed to rent it. Since moving in, we’ve tried repeatedly to contact the office to get the issue addressed, but the front desk rarely answers the phone. When they do, the staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and seems more interested in avoiding responsibility than helping tenants. It feels like we’re being ignored and brushed off at every turn. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Renters deserve transparency and basic communication—this place offers neither. Proceed with caution.
