Collectif is my all time favorite clothes shop. Everytime im in england i have to stop by and everytime i find something. The dresses are so high quality and really really beautiful. 100% my style. The staff is nice aswell. Always gonna come back again.

Awful expérience with the salesperson today Me and my 2 sisters were doing shopping trying on clothes (many because we love this brand and the 60ies style) One of my sister puts the clothes on the chair : the sales comes and say to « show some respect to the clothes and the customers and put they on the hanger. Then we ask for another size and she tells us to « Check on the label so that we don’t have to pick 5 différent ones to try on » We ask the price of a red shirt and she says to Check on the tag rolling her eyes. We tell her it was missing and she says all clothes are labelled. It was NOT (and we checked all the similar items on the Shelves - none were). It was a super not Nice and depressing expérience. I had found a 70£ dress I was super excited to but but did not want to anymore as they felt so mean. I am not sure if it is because on of my sister is not fluent in english. To be clear my sister also has a Lino and had to leave her crutches downstair so we would have expected a bit of understanding. PS: we had another salesperson in the end, with red haïr, who was Nice and professional
