I visited the showroom today and William was helping me. The showroom is easy to find, and it is beautiful! I was offered a drink as soon as I entered. I’m quite introverted and explained to William that I have never stepped foot in a shop like this before, so completely out of my depth. William made me feel so at ease and talked through everything. I feel like a diamond expert now! William let me explore everything as I had no idea what I was even looking for and we ended up narrowing it down to a few options. I am so happy with how my consultation went. I will treasure this experience for ever! Also, I was so nervous about coming to this appointment and I’m so happy I had William to help me, he really settled my nerves and made this such a wonderful experience for me.

Visiting the new Cullen Jewellers in London this week was an absolute joy. From a couple that did not really know what to expect the team at Cullen were super. We were welcomed onto the floor which is super nicely decorated. William was our guide for the 45 minute session on wedding bands where I got to try as many types/styles as I liked. We were also told we could explore around the other ring displays too. We did female and male bands. William was knowledgeable on all the styles and also helped us to understand what could be personalised further to match my engagement ring. There was no point where we felt pressured in the moment and thought it was super professional. We loved how William asked us about our style and our upcoming wedding day. I even got to have my engagement ring (Cullen) cleaned during the appointment which was a nice surprise. There was such an effort to provide a really personal touch to an important point in our wedding journey. Thanks so much to William and the team - big recommendation for anyone thinking of booking in - not to mention the rings are all gorgeous!
