Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cambridge

Bought a room thinking it was a nice place. The second we walked into our room I flipped the one light on not noticing anything and that’s when my boyfriend went to turn on the second light and he saw a cockroach. He thought it was just one… then turned around to a pile of them in the backside corner of the door. Never been more disgusted in my life. The guy at the counter was very nice and understanding but still it’s repulsing. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed. Honestly should be reported to the health department. ASAP.

Do NOT stay here. In town for a wedding and reviews overall were good. This is a ONE star motel. Checked in an hour early and was charged a $30 early check in fee. Went to the room and the bathroom was not cleaned so had to move rooms. Second room was better but still not as you’d expect. Requested a refund as we moved rooms AFTER the check in time. Requested a refund and told no. When telling the person at the desk what happened I asked him how he’d feel if he were in my shoes and he responded “well I’m not”. Room (both of them) smelled bad. Their free breakfast is almost not existent. Even though they’re a Wyndham property (which is why we stayed), they need new management and a FULL renovation. Stay elsewhere!!!

If i could put 0 stars in would've!!! This is by far the worst Motel you could even think about staying. My son found a job in Frederick we are from DC. It was easy for him to stay out there tuesday through Sunday. I paid over $500 a week for him to stay there. Every Tuesday we went the young lady night desk was the worst. Attitude unbelievable. My son had to switch rooms atleadt twice in one night. Bugs, sheets dirty, microwave filthy, hair in shower, food caked around rails never cleaned, people belongings found around bed. Housekeeping for WHAT??? ROOM IN FRONT LOL STAY VACANT FOR OVER NIGHT GUEST AS IF THATS BETTER!! But this is the cake so 9-26 my son decided he had enough!! He found a room to rent with just a mattress on the floor, he would rather. Upon checking out he said to front desk this is my last time hear a horrible experience . Four days later $100 was taken out my account. I called to inquire., these people had the nerve to say my son destroyed their sheets with blue stuff. WHAT!!! OMG YOUR THAT MAD BECAUSE YOU WONT GET NO MORE MONEY FROM US YOU MAKE UP THIS NONSENSE. I SWEAR ITS NOT EVEN WORTH MY BREATH!!! I DISPUTED THIS NONSENSE WITH MY BANK...I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE DEALT WITH ANYTHING LIKE THIS! IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT BUT I PICKED MY SON UP TO TAKE HIM TO THE ROOM FOR RENT. SO I KNEW MYSELF MY SON DID NOTHING TO THOSE SHEETS. REALLY $100 SHEETS IN THAT DUMP... IF U DONT BELIEVE ME THIS IS NOT A BITTER REVIEW ITS THE TRUTH!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND NASTY. NEVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFE TIME I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR. WE DEALT WITH THIS PLACE ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO HIS PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT...TO SAVE ON UBER. AND EATING..HE STARTED AT SUPER 8 I PROMISE YOU THAT PLACE WAS BETTER...SORRY THEY CLOSED COSTCO BROUGHT THEM OUT...DAYS INN BUCKEYTOWN HORRIBLE DONT STAY HERE!!!☠️
