I like the fact that you can check in and check out online to speed up the process. I was able to do an upgrade to Jacuzzi in my room and got an extra roll the way that. All about the staff was super friendly and there were tons of places to eat within close proximity.

The 1st room the AC didn't work so I asked for another room and the 2nd room door handle was broke and the 3rd room had a small odor in it like sewage. That night while trying to sleep the odor got really bad. I went down to the front desk and the management came back upstairs to the room and he said that he smelled it as well and he said that it was terrible. He gave me a 4th room and I could still smell it but not as bad as room #3. The bathtub didn't drain. Other people complained about their drains as well. I don't ever write reviews but I am not happy with this hotel. The staff was helpful but the breakfast was COLD.

Location is nice since it's close to the expressway! Got a room with a Jacuzzi in it & the bed was real comfortable. Rooms were clean. The only downfall was not having a TV remote in the room & not having a corkscrew for use. Other than that, breakfast options was good! I didn't get a chance to get in the pool, but will be back 👍🏼

I called a few days before my stay and was told my total would be $174 for one night with my pet. When I arrived to check in, they slapped on a $25 pet fee, which I was told wasn’t included bringing my total to $199 for one night. On top of that, there was an unexpected $18 “Room charge.” When I got to my room on the second floor, the door opened without even needing a key card, a serious security issue. To make matters worse, any of the outside doors can be opened by anyone because they are all unlocked, meaning anyone can just walk right in without a key card. Inside the room the light was flickering on and off. Thankfully, I don’t have seizures, but this could have been dangerous. I had to carry all my bags and my dog back downstairs to report it. They said they couldn’t fix it at the time and would switch my room, which was frustrating and exhausting after a long day. The next morning, breakfast was barely worth mentioning, very limited variety and low quality. Overall, a disappointing experience. Between surprise fees, safety issues, and poor service, I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
