Days Inn by Wyndham Westminster

None of my concerns were addressed, dirty room. Multiple issues, general manager refuses to compensate after contacted. I will not be returning or recommending this hotel to my further diamond/choice members at all. Will happily drive to Easton for a much better experience! The general manager doesn’t even call you himself makes his staff do his dirty work.

Grossly overpriced, awful value proposition. "Queen bed" only a Full, with an unsupportive mattress that gave us backaches. Small cramped room with no chair or sofa except the desk chair that didn't fit under the desk and blocked walking past the bed. Pathetic excuse for breakfast with fake eggs and no fresh fruit or bagels, plus heartburn inducing coffee -- and inadequate tables (once again, no place to sit). To cap it off, shower had not been properly cleaned -- gross!|Overall, worst lodging experience of the past decade. I would rather sleep in my car than ever stay in this place again.

Stayed here for the first time and we had a very pleasant experience. Room and hotel were clean. Beds and pill were very comfortable. Good options for the daily breakfast. We enjoyed the pool! Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, close to the water, restaurants and shopping.
