Movers were confirmed, 75 dollar deposit submitted, double confirmed one week out and movers never arrived. Robin did not return phone calls or emails- after the second call my number was blocked as phone went straight to voicemail. Thankfully college hunks saved me at the last minute- avoid dc top choice movers at all costs!

Jamal and Chris helped us move about 7000lbs of household goods. They were booked for 2 hours and they worked every second of that time. They were essential to our move and I would hire them again anytime. Best money we ever spent, 6/5 stars.

We were very disappointed. We retained them and received a confirmation. The day of the move they were to arrive between noon and 12:30. At about 12:25 we receive a phone call that our movers could not be located. They stated they would attempt to find someone to help but ultimately no one showed up. We were forced to scramble to get new movers the next day at extra expense to us.
