CWX Transport

I booked a load from AZ to Bronx, NY with Brad Leconey. We had a 6am appointment for delivery, and my driver ended up waiting for more than 24 hours at the delivery location. Despite repeatedly asking Brad for layover compensation for over two weeks, he never responded to my emails or phone calls. This is extremely unprofessional, and I will never book another load with them again.

We booked a partial load with John Bowen that was to pick up the next day. A few minutes after booking the load, our other large partial was pushed back a few days by another broker. We let John Bowen know immediately that we would not be able to take his load because of the issue with the other load. He totally overreacted seeing as we had just booked the load and also the shipment was to pick up the next day so he had plenty of time to recover the shipment. He also said he would remove us as a carrier from their system so we could not work with them again. It is always fascinating to watch a broker when we as a carrier tell them we cannot do a load. Brokers cancel loads on us carriers all the time, and we are supposed to be fine with it. But, when we cancel on them (10 minutes after booking), it is the end of the world. John Bowen is unprofessional. Do not do business with this guy who obviously has no idea how this business works.

Right Direction Transport

STAY AWAY!! Don't Ever try to book a load with this company, especially Brad Lecony, He will try his best to deduct money from the load, and will not pay you the total amount of the load, they do deductions just to make money from carriers. STAY AWAY!!!
