Make sure you’re checking reviews for the right company. This company‘s name is Corcoran urban review real estate, not urban, located at 400 E. Randolph St. My experience has been negative. You sign a contract with these guys that’s impossible to get out of for a year. So you really need to hope that they’re going to do their job because they don’t have to and they’ll still get their 3% of your house value when it sells. Many people would still be motivated in this situation and be excited for the opportunity to show that they can do a great job and get referrals and good reviews for that job. Unfortunately, I don’t think that was the case in my situation. If you see more recent five star reviews after this one, maybe they will find a way to sort things out and that would be great. But at this time, I don’t recommend this company.
