Asked them to do my taxes and the results took longer than stated, he did not get back to me when he said he would so ended up having to call daily for updates. Gave three different end results when he said they were already completed and then asked for more information showing it was not actually completed. Then expensive flat rate charged even when I had already competed the HST myself. Brought results to another accountant who found many more expenses to write off but I had to pay again for their time. Wish I had gone somewhere else to begin with. Not impressed.
