Two visits and two great experiences. Had partial highlights done today, and previously stopped in for a quick styling. My colorist guided me toward a great tone. Both times I left happy and feeling like a million bucks. I’m happy to have found a salon in Vic I can trust. Salon environment is small, friendly, not overly bougie but really cute.

Do NOT go here. Genuine worst treatment I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life. I showed my stylist a picture of the hair that I wanted, and she turned to the side and started laughing with her coworker in Spanish about it, then called over another person and the three of them laughed at it. All I wanted was brown hair, it was supposed to take from 1-4pm… It took her an hour to even get started, and I didn’t end up leaving until 6pm! It was uneven and patchy, each half of my bangs was a completely different colour, and I had a ring around the top of my head that was a totally different colour than the rest of it. If you can’t do a hairstyle just tell me and I’ll go somewhere else. I spent $300 to be mocked and butchered. I left practically in tears and had to go somewhere else to spend another $400 for colour correction. I have no idea why they are rated so high, as I don’t think it could have possibly gone worse. I should have left the moment they laughed at me.

Jodi did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and making sure we were aligned on the outcome. I really appreciated her great communication and she’s also very skilled! I love my cut, it turned out amazing - sleek and well shaped. Jodi is relatively new to the salon, had to show her some love!

I am so disappointed in my hair colour The stylist wouldn’t listen to me when I said the red she was picking was too dark but she just kept pushing, that she knew what she was doing and I decided to trust her. I am now so upset and mad at myself for being too nice and trusting this stylist . She didn’t show me the back of my hair (that was the first red flag)and normally I want to see it but I was on the verge of crying and just wanted to go. I even bought 2 products and tipped her (again, I am too nice). But I will never allow this woman to touch my hair again, I would wait a month and get a stylist who knows and LISTENS to their clients. I have a dyed forehead (I’ve had dyed red hair for 30 years) and never left a salon with this much dye on my skin(I can’t put my hair back until the red dye comes off). I have dark spot along my hairline and her cutting skills not great. My husband asked if she burnt my hair because of how the cut look at back. My husband was shocked when he saw my normally beautiful long hair and it was until I got home that I really look at my hair. This stylist should only do very basic dye jobs and learn how to properly protect a clients skin before dying. (The hair washing just about killed my neck) The pictures show my lovely spotted dyed skin. I will not name her, the management will figure it out if they wish to do so.
