After doing some extensive research I came across The Natural Hair Salon. As soon as I entered the salon I was greeted and felt very welcome. All the staff I interacted with were so nice and really made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. Taylor was my stylist and they were amazing! I'd honestly go back just to have her wash and massage my hair and scalp again haha. I've always struggled with my natural curls and have never been able to get them to where I want but Taylor went above and beyond when it came to them! I walked out of there with the most beautiful curls I've ever had! If your looking for a place to help you with your curly hair or even just an overall friendly environment and talented staff, look no further!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Shaylyn! She looked at the inspiration photos I brought in and really listened to what I was hoping for and sat down and talked me through options to get me something I was happy with. Created a super comfortable vibe and was super helpful offering tips on how to style my hair! Came out of there with a haircut I’m absolutely thrilled with and will absolutely be coming back to Natural in the future. The rest of the staff there were also super friendly and the overall vibe of the place was comfortable and I felt very safe and relaxed :)

This was the first time I got my hair fully highlighted and cut at this salon, and aside from their great stylists - they have had exceptional customer service. I booked with the lovely Grace (Level 1 stylist) who recently graduated hair school within the last of couple of years due to the pricing being so affordable. She was so enjoyable to talk to, and made the experience a very quick few hours of having so much fun. When I got home, I noticed my roots weren't exactly as I hoped (still good, just different than I wanted) and within a day I received communication from the manager, and was connected with Grace to do a complementary fix. Grace adjusted her schedule to meet me, was very kind and didn't make me feel bad or anxious for reaching out for the adjustment, and was very patient in ensuring I left with the hair I originally asked for. When I left the salonr, it looks amazing!!! I really appreciate the attention to detail, the care, and kindness that went into my hair and service. I highly recommend Grace, she is very great at what she does, and will be back forsure.
